COURT REVENUES COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION
OVERVIEW
The material on this page describes the collection and distribution of court revenue, specifically addressing those revenues which are kept by the local government and municipalities, and those which must be forwarded to the SC State Treasurer's Office. It also provides links to the necessary forms and their instructions, as well as providing contact information for the Treasurer's Office staff to whom questions can be directed or from whom further information can be obtained.

The main audio-narrated slide presentation is a 11:08 (eleven minute, eight second) presentation which describes in considerable detail the collection and distribution of court revenues. As noted in this presentation, portions of the collected revenues may be remitted to the State Treasurer’s Office using either the SC State Treasurer's Court Revenue Remittance form or the ACH form.

The two State Treasurer's forms referred to in the presentation along with their instructions can be obtained through the links immediately below as can a summary of the distribution to agencies by type of fine or assessment.
